The Duchess of Cornwall has been announced as patron for BFBS, a military charity and media organisation which 'entertains, informs, connects and champions the UK armed forces family'.

The Duchess marked the occasion with a video message in which she thanked the armed forces for 'responding to numerous calls for help both in this country and overseas', and also praised the charity, commenting 'Your incredible work raises morale, forges a sense of community and lessens the distance from loved ones'.
